Beacon adds to industrial leasing team

Beacon Partners has welcomed Alex Habecker to the team as an Industrial Associate. In his role, he is responsible for leasing and marketing Atando Business Park, a 1.1 million square foot industrial park in Charlotte. He also assists the industrial team with leasing Beacon’s existing portfolio as well as pursing new acquisition opportunities. Habecker graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point with a degree in accounting and business management. After graduating, he spent over eight years combined with the Airborne Division of the Army in Fayetteville, North Carolina and as Commander, Operational Detachment – Alpha at 7^th Special Forces Group in Destin, Florida.
