Beacon Partners expands in-fill industrial portfolio

Beacon Partners has announced its acquisition of a 95,736 square foot industrial building at 3412 Monroe Road. The building is ideally suited for showroom and last-mile warehouse users.  It prominently fronts Monroe Road and offers striking views of the Uptown skyline, multiple signage opportunities as well as abundant parking, outside storage and immediate access to Independence Boulevard.

The building, which can be subdivided to 45,000 square feet, is situated on a 6.58-acre lot with a fenced and paved outdoor storage area. The property’s I-2 zoning offers tremendous flexibility. Beacon will make significant building enhancements to highlight the building’s eye-catching architecture.
