Atando Business Park

Atando Business Park is an established warehouse park, totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet, in a highly advantageous location for industrial buildings and distribution in central Charlotte. Located directly off of I-77 from Exit 12 (Atando/LaSalle), it’s within minutes of I-85, Uptown Charlotte, and a UPS facility.

The park consists of a variety of property types, including 36 single tenant, 14 multi-tenant buildings and 17.4 acres of undeveloped land. Additionally, the park’s I-2 (heavy industrial) zoning allows for outdoor storage, which is in short supply in the Charlotte region, but is often required by building material suppliers and construction equipment vendors.
