Beacon Partners Buys Renovated 1920s Building Near Bank of America Stadium

Beacon Partners is the new owner of a five-story, history-rich brick office building that served as a bakery for the legendary A&P grocery store chain. Known as Cedar Hill because of its location at the corner of Cedar and Hill Streets, the facility also once housed bacon, eggs and other produce destined to fill shopper’s carts at area locations of The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Inc. (A&P).

Beacon Partners Plans 1.2 Million SF Industrial Park on Metrolina Expo Site

Beacon Partners closed on The Metrolina Expo Center, a 95-acre site in North Charlotte, on June 27. Located off of Statesville Road, approximately one mile from I-77 between Exit 16 (Sunset Road) and Exit 18 (W. WT Harris Boulevard), the grounds are being master-planned for a 1.2 million square foot manufacturing and logistics industrial park called Metrolina Park.
